Sensors and switches
The technological core of the brand: ignition coils, EGR valves, throttle bodies, sensors and switches that let the engine and vehicle systems measure and react in real time. Every unit is calibrated for accurate signal output across the full temperature and vibration range.
Product types
-
Ignition coil
VOLTREK ignition coils step the battery voltage up to the high voltage the spark plug needs to ignite the mixture in petrol engines.
-
EGR valve and EGR cooler
VOLTREK EGR valves and coolers route part of the exhaust gas back into the intake to lower combustion temperature and NOx emissions.
-
Throttle body
The VOLTREK throttle body meters the air entering the engine according to the pedal and the engine control unit.
-
Throttle position sensor (TPS)
The VOLTREK throttle position sensor reports throttle-plate opening to the control unit for accurate response and optimal consumption.
-
NOx sensor
The VOLTREK NOx sensor measures nitrogen-oxide concentration in the exhaust so the engine and the SCR system can keep emissions within limits.
-
Pressure sensor
VOLTREK pressure sensors measure air, fuel or oil pressure and report it to the control unit for accurate metering and protection.
-
Steering column switch
The VOLTREK steering column switch controls indicators, lights, wipers and other functions from the stalks behind the wheel.
-
Various switches
VOLTREK control, function and auxiliary switches: oil pressure switches, brake light switches, thermal switches and door switches.
-
Temperature sensor
VOLTREK temperature sensors measure coolant, oil, air and exhaust temperature for accurate engine control.
-
Crankshaft and camshaft sensor
VOLTREK crankshaft and camshaft sensors give the control unit engine position and speed for correctly timed ignition and injection.
-
Air flow sensor (MAF / MAP)
VOLTREK air flow sensors measure the mass or pressure of the air entering the engine for accurate fuel metering.
-
ABS and speed sensor
VOLTREK ABS and speed sensors measure wheel and transmission rotation for safe braking and an accurate speedometer.
-
Lambda and level sensor
The VOLTREK lambda sensor measures exhaust oxygen for an optimal mixture; level sensors monitor oil and fluid levels.
