Throttle body

The VOLTREK throttle body meters the air entering the engine according to the pedal and the engine control unit.

VOLTREK electronic throttle body

The throttle body is the valve that controls how much air enters the engine. In modern vehicles it is driven electronically: the control unit reads the accelerator pedal and moves the plate with a small electric motor, while an integrated position sensor reports the actual opening.

VOLTREK designs its throttle bodies for accurate plate positioning, a stable signal from the integrated sensor and direct fitment with the connector and flange of the original part.
